PDMR Dealing - Peter Hames

The Company was notified on 8 November 2021 that Mr Peter Hames, who is a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has beneficially acquired 8,000 Ordinary Shares. The 8,000 shares were purchased on 8 November 2021 at a price of £5.22775 per share. These shares will be held through a nominee arrangement. Following this purchase, Mr Peter Hames and persons closely associated to him own 8,000 Ordinary Shares, representing less than 1% of the Company's total issued share capital.
