VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that on 1 April 2010, Michael Gray, an independent non-executive director of the Company, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of US$1.00 each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of US$1.57 per Ordinary Share. 

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Gray has a direct interest of 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
