VinaCapital Vietnam Opportunity Fund Limited (the "Company") today announces that on 1 September 2010, Michael G. Gray, a Director of the Company, purchased 70,000 ordinary shares of US$1.00 each at an average price of $1.48 per ordinary share.

As a result of this transaction, Mr. Gray has a direct interest of 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.031 percent of the Company's total voting rights.
