The Vietnam Opportunity Fund, an AIM-quoted investment vehicle focused on Vietnam, announces that at an Extraordinary General Meeting ('EGM') of shareholders held on 21 October 2008 all resolutions were duly passed, except for Special Resolutions Number 5, 8, and 9.
