Bovis Homes Group PLC ('the Company')

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and to the UK Listing
Authority for the listing of 200,468 Ordinary shares of 50p each, ranking pari
passu with the existing Ordinary shares, to the Official List.

These shares have been allotted following the exercise of options under the
rules of the Company's Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme.
