Scrip Dividend Circular and Form of Election

The reference price of a new ordinary share under the scrip dividend alternative for the 2010 full year dividend has been set at 438.92p.  This is the average of the middle market quotations for the Company's shares as derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five successive business days commencing with the ex-dividend date of 30 March 2011.
