Bovis Homes Group PLC ('the Company')

As required by Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company is pleased to announce that Alastair Lyons, Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Glas Cymru Holdings Cyf, the owner of water company Dwr Cymru (Welsh Water), with effect from 1 May 2016. He will take over as Chairman of Glas Cymru Holdings after its annual general meeting on 8 July 2016.
