Notification of Interests: Companies Act 1985, Section 324

The Company was today notified that Bovis Homes Group Employee Trust ('the
Trust'), a discretionary trust, registered in the name of Towers Perrin Share
Plan Services (Guernsey) Limited, today transferred 27,283 Ordinary Shares under 
the terms of the Bovis Homes Group Long Term Incentive Plan, following the 
exercise of awards.

The Executive Directors and PDMRs of Bovis Homes Group PLC are potential
beneficiaries under the Trust and are deemed to be interested in those shares
and the dealings thereof for the purposes of Section 324 of the Companies Act
1985.
