Bovis Homes Group PLC ('the Company')

The Board of Bovis Homes Group PLC announces that Alastair Lyons, Deputy Chairman and Senior Independent Director, will retire from the Board at the Company's AGM on 23 May 2018, having completed nine years as a non-executive director since the date of his first election.  Ralph Findlay, non-executive director, will be appointed to the position of Senior Independent Director with effect from that date.
