DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN SHARES

The Company received notification today that, following a transaction on 21
May 2001, Jupiter Asset Management Limited no longer has a notifiable interest
in the Ordinary shares of 50p each of the Company.

Jupiter Asset Management Limited does not hold any shares beneficially, but
holds them as an investment manager acting on behalf of discretionary clients.
