DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST
The Company received notifications on 24 May 2005 from Aviva plc and Morley Fund
Management Limited (a subsidiary of Aviva plc) that following sales totalling
14,345 shares on 23 May 2005 they no longer have a notifiable interest in the
Ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company.
The total percentage interest of Aviva plc and Morley Fund Management Limited
represents 2.99% of the issued share capital of the Company.
