Vistry Group PLC - Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R and as an update to the announcement made on 1 June 2022, please note Vistry Group PLC's capital consists of 221,195,645 Ordinary 50p shares with voting rights.

The change from 222,046,264 Ordinary 50p shares on 31 May 2022 is due to the buyback of 860,180 shares by Vistry Group PLC which have been cancelled and the issue of 9,561 shares to satisfy the exercise of share options.

Vistry Group PLC holds 1,500,000 shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights in Vistry Group PLC is 219,695,645. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest Vistry Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
