Visum Technologies Plc ("the Company"), a video technology firm specializing in the worldwide leisure sector, discloses the appointment of Paul Kennedy as an independent Non-Executive Director, effective December 4, 2023, replacing Peter Van Bilsen.

Paul has served in numerous non-executive director roles and advisory positions across various companies. Possessing extensive business leadership expertise, he offers considerable experience in the travel and leisure industry, along with a deep understanding of the day-to-day challenges faced by companies.
