Issuer Call of Vodafone Group Plc's Y225 Billion Floating Rate Notes due 2007
Vodafone Group Plc ('Vodafone') today issued a call notice relating to its
Japanese Yen 225,000,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 15 January 2007
(the 'Notes') issued under its Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the 'Programme').
The Notes are held by Vodafone Finance K.K., a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Vodafone, and will be redeemed on 21 December 2005.
