The Company has today been notified that Ian Degnan, a Director of the Company,
has today acquired 20,000 ordinary shares of 25p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the
Company at a price of 85p per share.

Following this acquisition, Ian Degnan now has a total holding of 89,148
Ordinary Shares in the Company.
