Volution Group plc (the "Company", LSE: FAN) a leading supplier of ventilation products to the residential and commercial construction markets, announces that on 11 October 2018 it received notification that Ronnie George, Chief Executive Officer, purchased  10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 170 pence per share on 11 October 2018. The transaction took place in London.

As a result of this notification, Ronnie George has a beneficial shareholding in the Company of 5,632,833 ordinary shares, which represents 2.83% of the Company's voting capital.
