Volution Group plc (LSE: FAN), a leading international designer and manufacturer of energy efficient indoor air quality solutions, announces that it has received notification that Nigel Lingwood, Chairman, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of £4.2848 pence per share, and his wife purchased 4,785 ordinary shares at a price of £4.2848 pence per share, on 27 March 2024. The transaction took place in London.

As a result of this notification, Nigel Lingwood has a beneficial shareholding in the Company of 19,785 ordinary shares, which represents 0.01% of the Company's voting share capital.
