The Remuneration Committee approved on 23rd July 2007 the granting by the
Company of awards under the terms of the Vp - Long Term Incentive Plan to each
of the following directors: J F G Pilkington - 89,000 notional shares, N A
Stothard - 66,000 shares and M J Holt - 44,000 shares.



The awards will vest only if performance targets are achieved or exceeded during
the period from 1st April 2007 to 31st March 2010.
