Non-Executive Board Appointment
Vibroplant Plc is pleased to announce that with effect from
Tuesday 4 January 2000, Mr. Peter Parkin will be joining the
Group as a Non-executive Director.
Mr. Parkin has extensive experience of the construction
industry, including having been Chairman and, prior to this,
Chief Executive of Raine plc.
With effect from the same date Mr. Stuart Doughty will be
retiring from his position as Non-executive Director.
Jeremy Pilkington, Chairman of Vibroplant, commented:
'I would like to take this opportunity to welcome Mr. Parkin
to the Board. He brings with him a wealth of industry
knowledge from which the Group will benefit. At the same
time I would like to thank Mr. Doughty for the valuable
contribution that he has made to the Group over the last
three and a half years.'
