Further to the announcement on 13 March 2015, VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce that 200 million Ordinary Shares have today been admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority, and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities (together "Admission"). The Company's ticker symbol is VSL.

In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R, on Admission the beneficial interests of the Directors in the issued share capital of the Company were as follows:

All of the transactions listed above involved the issue of Ordinary Shares by the Company to the relevant subscriber at a price of 100 pence per Ordinary Share.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company in issue immediately following Admission is 200,000,000, each with voting rights. This total voting rights figure can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine they are required to notify their interest in the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
