DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The Board of Directors of the Company announces that Andrew Adcock will temporarily step down as Chairman of the Board with immediate effect due to health reasons. Mr. Adcock will remain on the Board of the Company.
Kevin Ingram will become the interim Chairman of the Board and Clive Peggram will stand in for Mr. Ingram and become interim Chairman of the Audit and Valuation Committee whilst Andrew recuperates.
Mr. Ingram commented:
"The Board wish Andrew all the best for a speedy recovery and look forward to his return as Chairman of the Board in due course."
