uk GOVERNMENT EXTENDING THE RANGE OF ELIGIBLE INVESTMENTS IN AN ISA
The Board of VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC (the "Company") (ticker: VSL) notes the recent announcement by HM Revenue & Customs ("HMRC") allowing shares in investment trusts to be held within Individual Savings Accounts ("ISA") where more than 50% of the investment trust's assets are non-qualifying debt securities, with effect from 1 July 2015.
Having taken legal advice, the Board is pleased to confirm that this rule change should ensure that the Company's shares will qualify for ISA inclusion.

VPC Specialty Lending Investments PLC invests in opportunities within the specialty lending market primarily through online lending platforms. The Company intends to generate an attractive total return for shareholders consisting of dividend income and capital growth via investments in a diverse portfolio of various platforms, asset classes, geographies (primarily US and Europe) and credit bands. The Company expects to be substantially fully invested within a period of six months following Admission.
