W.H. Ireland Group plc ('W.H. Ireland')
Proposed Dividend Timetable
Further to the announcement of its preliminary results for the year ended 30
November 2007, W. H. Ireland is pleased to announce the timetable for the
proposed payment of the interim dividend of 3 pence per share. As previously
announced, W.H. Ireland is once again offering shareholders a scrip dividend
alternative in respect of the interim dividend.
Expected Timetable of Events
2008
Shares quoted 'ex dividend' 5th March
Record date 7th March
Posting of forms of election to receive scrip dividend 21st March
Final date for receipt of forms of election 15th April
Payment date 25th April
It is anticipated that further details of the scrip dividend alternative will be
sent to shareholders in line with the timetable set out above.
