                          Proposed Dividend Timetable

Further to the announcement of its interim results for the six months ended 31
May 2007, WH Ireland is pleased to announce the timetable for the proposed
payment of the interim dividend of 2p.


As previously announced, WH Ireland is once again offering shareholders a scrip
dividend alternative in respect of the interim dividend.


Expected Timetable of Events

Shares quoted 'ex dividend'                                           8th August
Record date                                                          10th August
Posting of forms of election to receive scrip dividend               20th August
Final date for receipt of forms of election                       14th September
Payment date                                                      28th September


It is anticipated that further details of the scrip dividend alternative will be
sent to shareholders in line with the timetable set out above.
