Walker Crips Group plc announces that on the 5 September 2012 the Trustees of the Walker Crips Group Share Incentive Plan acquired 54,517 ordinary shares (comprising 10,070 Partnership shares, 10,070 Matching shares and 34,377 Dividend shares) for the benefit of the participants of the Plan. The price paid by the participants was 36.5p. The Partnership shares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their August salary. The Matching shares are purchased for the employees' benefit by the Group and are subject to certain eligibility criteria.  

A number of Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities within Walker Crips Group plc, as contributors to the plan, have acquired the following interests in the shares:-
