BOARD CHANGES



We are pleased to announce that David Gelber, a Non-Executive Director of the
Company, has today accepted the position of Non-Executive Chairman . He replaces
Martin Wright who has served as interim Chairman since 1 March 2007, following
the death of Graham Kennedy.



David Gelber served as Group Chief Operating Officer of ICAP plc from 1994 to
2005 and previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer of HSBC Global
Markets.
