Appointment of Company Secretary

Warpaint London plc (AIM: W7L), a specialist supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 brand, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sally Craig as Company Secretary with immediate effect.  Sally takes over the role from the Company's Chief Financial Officer, Neil Rodol, who previously also fulfilled the duties of Company Secretary.

Sally practised as a corporate lawyer from 1988 to 1991 and has many years' experience providing company secretarial services to companies in the UK.
