Warpaint London plc (AIM: W7L), the specialist supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 brand, has today been informed that its Joint Chief Executive Officers have each transferred 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to their respective spouses as detailed below.
Samuel Bazini has today transferred 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company to his wife, Sara Bazini, for nil consideration. As a result of this transfer, the beneficial holding of Samuel Bazini and his connected parties in the Company remains unchanged at 20,413,630 Ordinary Shares, representing 31.63% of the Company's issued share capital.
Eoin Macleod has today transferred 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company to his wife, Laura Macleod, for nil consideration. As a result of this transfer, the beneficial holding of Eoin Macleod and his connected parties in the Company remains unchanged at 20,413,630 Ordinary Shares, representing 31.63% of the Company's issued share capital.
