De aktier som Wärtsilä emitterat i den vederlag...
Wärtsilä Oyj Abp, Pressmeddelande 26.3.2008 kl. 10.30
De nya aktier som Wärtsilä Oyj Abp emitterat i den vederlagsfria
aktieemissionen, totalt 2.619.954 stycken, har införts i
handelsregistret 26.3.2008. De införda aktierna ger ägarna
aktieägarrättigheter från och med registreringen. De nya aktierna
berättigar dock inte till den dividend om vilken bolagsstämman
19.3.2008 fattat beslut om.
Samtidigt har sammanslagningen av Wärtsilä Oyj Abp:s aktieslag
införts i handelsregistret.
Till följd av aktieemissionen ökar antalet aktier i Wärtsilä Oyj Abp
till 98.589.515 stycken. Aktiekapitalet förändras inte på grund av
emissionen.
De nyemitterade aktierna delas ut på värdeandelskonton som innehas av
de aktieägare som enligt registreringen haft rätt att få aktier och
blir föremål för offentlig handel 27.3.2008.
