In accordance with LR 9.6.14R  The Weir Group PLC hereby notifies the following change in the information set out in Listing Rule 9.6.13R(1) in respect of Charles Berry.  It has been announced today that Charles Berry intends to resign as a Non-Executive Director of Securities Trust Scotland plc with effect from 16 July 2013.
