                         Director/PDMR Share Transfer

The Company announces that Scot Smith, Divisional Managing Director, transferred
1,084 ordinary  shares  in  the  Company  for  nil  consideration to his nominee
account Pershing Nominees Limited on 24 June 2011.

Scot  Smith's  total  beneficial  interests  are  unchanged  at 110,617 ordinary
shares,  representing  0.05% per  cent  of  the  Company's issued Ordinary Share
capital.

The  Company also  announces that  Keith Cochrane,  Chief Executive, transferred
6,323 ordinary  shares in the Company for nil consideration to his spouse on 28
June 2011.

Keith  Cochrane's total  beneficial interests  are unchanged at 120,638 ordinary
shares,  representing  0.05% per  cent  of  the  Company's issued Ordinary Share
capital.
