('the Company') on 15 November 2006 that their material interest totalled on 14
November 2006 a holding of 13,043,389 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 6.38% of the Company's issued share capital as detailed in the
table below, and that such notification also comprised the interest of Edward C.
Johnson III as a principal shareholder of FIL and FMR Corp.


The notification of change is due to the purchase of 855,400 ordinary shares.
