# Peter Fowlers purchase was purchased by Lawnscote Holdings Limited a family investment company which is controlled by Peter Fowler and owned 60 per cent by Peter Fowler and his wife, and 20 per cent. by Stuart Fowler, who is also a director of the company, and 20 per cent. by Joanna Fowler, who is a connected party.
