Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
Westminster Group Plc ('Westminster' or 'the Group') announces that it has today issued 13,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the Group, following the exercise of options by an employee of the Company.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares in the Group and application will be made for these new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on or around 19 December 2012.
As a consequence of the exercise of share options as detailed above, the Group's issued capital now comprises 32,608,934 ordinary shares of 10p each. There are no ordinary shares held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in Westminster is now 32,608,934.
The above figure of 32,608,934 may be used by shareholders in the Group as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Group under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
