Westmount Energy Limited (the 'Company') announces the resignation of Alan
Levison as Chairman and as a Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Alan was invited to join the board during a difficult time for the Company 
following the death of the previous Chairman Derek Williams. After 12 months
as Chairman Alan is now leaving to concentrate on his other business interests
and the Directors would like to thank him for his contribution to the Company. 
The Company is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mervyn Bradlow as
Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect. Mervyn was appointed to the Board
of the Company on 11 May 2007.
