Announcement of transaction in ordinary shares by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility 

The Company was notified on 22 September 2008 that David Capstick exercised  17,000 options to subscribe to ordinary 2p shares, the exercise consisted of  17,000 options at 167p.  

Mr Capstick immediately sold 12,353 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of 314.83p per share to cover tax and national insurance and has retained 4,647 as shares. 

Following this transaction, Mr Capstick now holds an interest of 11,314 ordinary shares in the Company.
