Further to the announcement of 4^th May 2022, the Company confirms that Su Cacioppo retired from her role as Personnel and Legal Director on 7^th October 2022.

Su Cacioppo will continue to provide part-time consultancy services to the company for an initial period of 12 months.

As set out in the 2022 Director's Remuneration Report, a discretionary bonus award under the Deferred Bonus Scheme was made to the Company's senior management, including executive directors.

This resulted in a post termination award of 25% of salary to Su Cacioppo on 4^th November which totalled £89,595.25 subject to tax and NI deductions.

The award will be made in three equal annual tranches, commencing on the award date of 4^th November. The tranches can be taken as a cash award or equivalent value in shares.
