Wickes Group plc - TradePro Investor Insight Event
Wickes, the leading UK home improvement retailer, will this afternoon host an in-person event for analysts and investors, providing further detail around the Group's TradePro membership scheme. The event will be hosted by David Wood, CEO, Mark George, CFO and Gary Kibble, Chief Marketing and Digital Officer.
TradePro is a membership scheme available exclusively to local trade customers. The scheme's compelling proposition is focused on saving tradespeople time and money, and it acts as a key differentiator for Wickes.
The TradePro programme is facilitated by the TradePro mobile app, which allows customers to check stock availability by line, by store, to order immediately and have Wickes pick, pack and dispatch directly into the customer's vehicle within 30 minutes, all with a guaranteed 10% price discount. It is also a key customer relationship management tool which provides Wickes with direct access to its local trade customers for personalised offers and regular communications, along with advanced machine learning capabilities to analyse their purchasing patterns.
This afternoon's event will outline the attractiveness of the TradePro offer and the scheme's considerable progress to date, while also focusing on the opportunity to further grow the customer base and increase share of wallet amongst members.
No new material non-public information will be disclosed and the presentation slides will be made available on the Wickes investor website shortly after the event.
If you would like to join the event in person, please contact wickes@headlandconsultancy.com to register.
