Wickes Group plc ("Wickes" or the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 10 pence each through Investec Bank plc.

Ordinary Shares

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Including the above purchases, Wickes has purchased a total of 2,605,270 ordinary shares since the commencement of the buyback programme.
