Wildcat Petroleum plc (LSE: WCAT), which is targeting investment opportunities in businesses and assets within the upstream sector of the petroleum industry is pleased to provide the following updates:

Financial Calendar:

The Company is pleased to confirm that its audited results for the period ended 30 June 2021 are planned to be announced by the end of October 2021. Further, the Company's first Annual General Meeting will be held in November 2021, details of which will be announced with the audited results.

Quarterly Newsletter:

The next newsletter, summarising Wildcat's Third Quarter activity, will be released later today, 4 October 2021. Shareholders and others can sign up to receive Wildcat newsletters via the Company's website at the link below:
