Director's Share Purchase  

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Wilmington Group plc announces that Charles J Brady, Chief Executive, on 12 October 2009 transferred 363,640 ordinary shares in the Company from his personal and his immediate family's personal holding to his self-invested pension fund. There is no change in the beneficial ownership of these shares and his total holding remains at 3,382,500 ordinary shares which is 4.09% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
