Wilmington Group plc
At the annual general meeting of the Company today the chairman, Brian
Gilbert, reported that the board had invited Bernard Jolles to join the board
as non-executive director. Mr Jolles is expected to join the board with
effect from later today.
Mr Jolles, 51, was a director of Campbell Lutyens, a corporate finance
company, from 1995 to 2001 and previously held senior positions at Samuel
Montagu and Henry Ansbacher.
Commenting, Brian Gilbert said:
'We are very pleased to welcome Bernard to Wilmington and look forward to
benefitting from his extensive corporate finance and city experience. His
appointment will take the number of non-executive directors to three in
accordance with current corporate governance guidance.'
