Further to the Preliminary Results announcement made by the Company
on 4 June 2009, which is available at www.wincanton.co.uk, the
Company announces that it has today issued its Annual Report and
Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2009 and its Notice of Annual
General Meeting 2009 (including the proposed amendments to the
Company's articles of association for the purpose of DTR 6.1.2).

These documents, together with associated Proxy Form, will shortly be
available to the public for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's
Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at:
