This announcement is made in replacement of the Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) announcement released on 4 August 2023 under RNS No. 3677I.

 In the original announcement, the nature of the transaction was erroneously stated as Disposal of Shares to cover tax and social security liabilities whereas it should have stated Disposal of Shares and has been corrected below.
