Notice of Annual General Meeting 2023 ("AGM")

The Wise plc 2023 Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "AGM Notice") has been made available to Wise owners today. A copy of the AGM Notice will be available on https://wise.com/owners/ and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R the AGM Notice will shortly be available for inspection on the National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/national storage mechanism.

The AGM will be held in-person at 3rd Floor, Tea Building, 56 Shoreditch High Street, London, E1 6JJ on Thursday 7 September 2023 at 2pm (BST).

Details regarding the arrangements for the AGM can be found in the AGM Notice. Any changes to these arrangements will be communicated to Wise owners via https://wise.com/owners/ and, where appropriate, by Stock Exchange announcement.
