Application for Listing Notice
Geneva, 18 May 2023: Wizz Air Holdings Plc (the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") today announces that applications have been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 10,000 ordinary shares ("Shares") to be admitted to premium segment of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that admission will be effective on 22 May 2023.
All of 10,000 Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued in connection with the Company's Employee Share Plans:
i) Long-term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") covering 10,000 Shares.
When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary Shares.
