Notice of FY20 Results Date

Geneva, 7 May 2020: Wizz Air Holdings Plc ("Wizz Air"), the largest low-cost airline in Central and Eastern Europe, announces a revised publication date of its full year results for the year ended 31 March 2020.

The results will be published on Wednesday, 3 June 2020 at 07.00 BST (08.00 CET), rather than Thursday, 21 May 2020 as previously indicated. This ensures that the Company and its auditors have adequate time to complete their standard procedures in light of the current challenges posed by social distancing and remote working.

Wizz Air management will host a conference call for analysts and institutional investors at 09.00 BST (10.00 CET) on Wednesday, 3 June 2020.
