                     Appointment of Chief Operating Officer



Mr Robert Nigel Chapman, C.P. AusIMM, B.S.c. (Hons) Geology, has over 16 years
of international mining experience in particular managing exploration,
evaluation and mining projects. Nigel has been involved with many significant
projects including the initial exploration, mapping and drilling of Rio Tinto's
Simandou Iron Ore, Hamersley Iron Resources Task Force Pilbara Operations,
Argyle Diamond Mine Underground Geotechnical drilling programme, the discovery
of De Beers Blacktop Kimberlite in Australia and Banganapalle Kimberlites in
India as well as being actively involved at senior management level in various
mineral exploration projects in Central and South Africa, The Middle East, South
East Asia and Australia with both publicly listed and private companies.



Nigel has spent the last 3 years as an independent consultant working in various
countries and commodities with companies including BHP Billiton, Angola
Technical Services, Arcadia Energy and Mining and Jai Prakash Ltd.
