In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company makes the following declaration.

As at 2 November 2018, the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company are as follows: 

Following the issue of the shares on the 30 October 2018, the Company will have 377,451,931 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in issue.  99,378 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.  These figures above may be used by the Company's shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
