Additional Listing

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange  for a listing of 3,272,282 Ordinary Shares of 10p each.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue have been allotted to shareholders to satisfy elections made under the cash dividend alternative.

It is expected that admission will be effective for the Ordinary Shares on 6 August 2010
